Good service, but iffy scheduling. Had me booked in to do an alignment for a Saturday that was two weeks out, only to have them call 2 days before to say there closed for that weekend. However, after speaking with the manager they offered to open on Saturday to perform the alignment.

Customer service is always top notch and getting any issues dealt with, product failure or even a mistake by the mechanic, is extremely easy, reasonable and fast. They have a customer for life with me because I know they care about their end product and reputation.

Lots of tires to choose from. The people at the counter have good knowledge of the products and you don't have to wait very long for an appointment. A good place to go for suspension work and for a 4 wheel alignment.

Andy's was able to get me in for an oil change in short notice. They greeted me when I entered, had massage chairs and WiFi to use while you wait. They filled up my tire pressure and checked my brakes. The truck was finished quicker than I thought, just a little pricier than expected. Overall happy with the experience.

Went in for a safety, ended up getting rejected for a legitimate reason,which is great, I'm glad they did their job. They then told me they couldn't fix the issue but then they charged me $35.00 for the failure. I wasn't made aware there would be any charges before hand if it did fail. After I told the clerk I was upset about being ambushed with a charge he basically said too bad and then stopped talking for the rest of the interaction. Wouldn't recommend at all. The mechanic was nice and explained everything well to me but the overall customer service was absolutely trash. I'd give negative stars if I could.

I discovered a slow leak from one of my tires during a recent vacation to the Maritimes. Stopped at Andy's Tire and they were able to get me in right away. They diagnosed the tire issue (was a puncture from a rock), patched it up and I was quickly back on the road.

Had my car inspected. Needed two tires replaced. Very friendly service. Very comfortable waiting room. Wifi available. TV to watch while waiting. Very reasonable prices for tires and labour. All done in less then an hour.

Amazing customer service !! I was in Kingston camping and realized one of the tires on my truck was scalloped badly from being out of alllingment. The staff was eager to help and an offered to put a used tire on to get me home for no charge. But it is time for new tires anyway so inquired about getting a new set. They had the the K02s i wanted ins stock and I was out of there an hour later with 4 brand new tires at a great price. Highly recommend !!! Never got their names but the lady at the front desk and the young fella in the shop went above and beyond for me !!’ Thanks Andy’s tire !!

This guys are the best, the whole team, they came through when I was in dire need. Changed my tire, look for a replacement and sent me on my way. We made it to the Doctor appointment and I got a new tire!! thanks so very much.
