Honest, extremely knowledgeable and fair mechanic. Hani will always let’s us know which repairs are more immediate and which can wait. We’ve had great turnaround times on repairs as well. This is a great shop, with amazing staff and management, that I highly recommend to anyone who needs vehicles repairs!

I wrote an honest review. Where did it go?? Let's try this again. I will take a screen shot and let's return to the reviews on a regular basis to insure that the truth remains. I had a horrifying experience with this place. The owner sat on his hands, didn't want to change the transmission. Probably doesn't make as much money on those jobs. And I lost my job and my car because this selfish, unprofessional....person didn't want to do the job and didn't have the backbone , maturity or professionalism to just tell me. He ruined my life and I will continue to post this review

Paradise Auto is the absolute best garage I've ever had my vehicle repaired at. The owner is extremely knowledgeable , efficient and friendly.,the mechanic is the best, this garage went over and above all all my expectations and the billwas far less than I expected. I can't say enough about this garage, if your looking for the best performance and price go to PARADISE AUTO REPAIR on Campell Street!!!

I worked with Hani from Paradise auto and was impressed with his level of professionalism and dedication. My Forester had a steering issue that was very difficult to diagnose and he spent a day troubleshooting it. At no time was I ever pressured to pay for 'exploratory repairs'. His assessment was fair and honest and he helped me assess whether repairs were worth doing on my 10 year old car.

The owner (Hani) is the real deal.... .he is always swamped but like a true businessman (gentlemen) he'll fit you in in a moment's notice. Ive lived in Ottawa all my life seen different mechanics...... there's not one that can live up to Hani standards he's simply the best of the best, his staff too their all IMPECCABLE....... like the name says its Paradise.
