My first time coming here for blood work and was expecting a bad experience based on what was written in the reviews. This was not the case, I was behind 2 people in line, and was greeted within 2 mins. Young girl was very pleasant as well as the lady who took my blood. Friendly and smiling. I waited roughly 5-10 mins max.

Absolutely awful, 5th world country service, huge line up with no one at the front desk, one Indian and two Filipino ladies all minding their own business with zero care that there is a line up past the lab door all the way to the main door of the building, regardless if you have booked an appointment or not, there is nobody to even register you. After standing in line for almost an hour with my sciatica at 7:00 am, one of these ladies shows up at the registration and takes my information and tells me Sorry

Never disappoints me! From the helpful, friendly and perpetually smiling staff members to clean bathrooms, this Lifelabs branch has it all. Highly recommended !!

Expect very professional and friendly service at the lab. It is usually busy so I would recommend booking the appointment in advance. However for walk ins I believe the best time is in the morning before 7:45 am I would say, still expect a wait time around 30 mins. Overall, very reliable service.

Absolutely the worst Lifelabs I've been to. Walked in after the website and lab display showed a 20 minute wait but ended up waiting 100 minutes. My name appeared on screen at first with a 15-minute wait and then just disappeared. I told the staff and they said don't worry that's how it works. They clearly have no clue how to correctly use the computer. Also Save My Spot" is unavailable. They are so short-staffed and slow that can barely process the appointments. Prepare to wait 2 hours."

Booked an appointment online for today - made it just in time to get to the line up that's out the door. The poster indicated that if you booked, you should still stay in line. That I did, and they ask if you've booked an appointment when you get to talk to registration. By this time I'm like half an hour over, and I see my name on the screen greyed out. But in a few minutes my name was on the board and got called in pretty quickly - so it seems that even if you're delayed to register, they'll still try to slot you in cuz you've made an appointment. Walk-ins seem to be pushed back until the appointment people get in.. so be sure to go online and book before you go! Plus then you have a log in to view results!

Staff is great but it does get pretty busy. Highly recommend to book an appointment ahead of time

Waiting time is more than one hourThe clinic is very dirty, employees is overwhelmed, they need more staff, employees very rude, they only wants to take money from you, not organized at all.

The staff here are nice! I think if you are booking an appointment here, be mindful that you should try to show up as early as you can and not right at your appointment time - this is because everyone queues up outside (walk-ins AND people with appointmts) and getting thru this queue may take some time. I would say show up a half hour earlier than your appointment time to be safe. It seems that they process everyone's requisition first and THEN slot you into whatever available time slot they have, given who has appointment times and who doesn't.Also don't forget to sign up to get your results online!

Had a very good experience this morning. Arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, and got a spot instantly. And Jenny’s technique is so good! She found my veins in one second! Which was not easy to find with other nurses before . Overall very good!
