Great work. The guys where on time and cleaned up (unlike other contractors).The windows and doors look great. My neighbors even thought we got new windows installed. Highly recommend.

5 star service from the first phone call, answered by a very polite, and bilingual young lady. i was told i would be scheduled in for an estimate, which happened within the week. Once i decided to go ahead, the work was done on time, on the day I was given. Two nice hardworking guys did a great job. Nothing negative to say. Very pleased with this choice!!

From my first call to the company, very friendly informative staff. Prompt visit to my home from one of the owners for an estimate. Within 24 hrs i had a detailed professional 12 page estimate sent to my email, accurately explaining all the work that would be done, what it entailed and all the contractual obligations. As a customer i found this very comforting, it let me know exactly what i could expect from this company and had it in writing. Since the month of October had mostly rainy days it was tough to get a fixed date for the work to be completed, however withing 2 weeks of my initial call and receiving the estimate i received another call from Jasmine to inform me of the scheduled date for the work to start. She told me that the workers would be there between 7:00 and 8:00 am, to my delight, come Monday morning two really friendly workers were in my driveway at 7:30 sharp, not easy to do with the traffic situation from Laval to Montreal. Pierre Luc and Pierre Andre (PA) were really professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and approachable answering all my questions. They make an amazing team, having worked together for 5 years, they knew exactly what to do and paid attention to detail. Just my luck, it started to hail, then snow and then rain lightly, but through the whole job the staff made sure the installation was done accordingly. They even told me that if the surface was wet, they would not continue and come back another time, in order to not effect the quality of the installation. In this day and age, most companies just want to get in and out and get paid, not this company, they do the work right and if something prevents them from doing so, they will come back when the weather permits. In my case we got lucky and the weather was not too bad. I strongly recommend Elite to anyone thinking about having caulking done on any type of property. In my case it was a semi detached 2 storey home with alot of detail and openings. I now feel very comfortable knowing that my home is protected from water infiltration and energy loss for at least the next 10-15 years.
