There is no wonder Rogers as a business is not doing so well, their prices and offers arent any better than their competitors here in Regina, and their customer support isn't helping them one bit. What happened to being able to just clip the Sim card to make it smaller? Now they charge 10 dollars for a new one. Scam.

A friend and I went there just to buy a phone outright. Was told they don't sell phones unless you're on a contract. What kind of company refuses to sell just a phone? No wonder these guys are reduced to just a kiosk, never again will we attempt to buy anything from Rogers.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. The representative didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting, or reached out to tell me it would be a wait. This store definitely needs more staff.
