Beware if you are a temporary resident and joining for a job to gain experience. He don't sign any legal contract with you and ignore you later on when you need your experience letter. He hired me on a verbal contract for 3 months. As per his behavior and not signing legal contract to continue as a permanent employee I realized that he will exploit me. The day I gave him 2 week notice to quit he kicked me out the same day.
