HOME DELIVERY THROUGH CANPAR is a waste of time -- avoid if you can! Staff at LCBO Preston are helpful and friendly, wishing I had my order delivered to them.

Cashiers are rude and waste our time simply for nothing. Worse than other LCBO outlets, will never visit it for sure.

Renovated store; friendly staff and great selection

Store is new and good but the manager (PRASANNA) is an clownm. He doesn't know how to talk to anyone. Its 28 oc 2022. Wait n see uow many more complaints you get.

Not the largest store or biggest selection, but any time I have popped in, I have been assisted by pleasant staff and found what I needed. Parking is steps from the door, not a long way off as in some malls.

Not a bad store other than the small size

Absolutely terrible management I have been a customer at the Preston location for a very long time this new manager is terrible he is rude and I have. No idea why he’s in cash because he has zero customer service he is a narcissist

My last visit was really a tale of two LCBOs. I had wonderful service from a young lady there who helped me with my tequila question. She was helpful and friendly.My check out guy, on the other hand...he looked like he was having a rough day and I went out of my way to be nice and say hello. He responded unenthusiastically. Okay, really rough day. I took my bag and left. When I pulled out of the parking lot the bottles clicking together was really loud, like the bottles hadn't been put into individual bags before being placed in the larger bag. I pulled over a checked and sure enough, a bottle of whiskey, a bottle of tequila and a bottle of wine all loose in a big bag.I looked it all over and there was no damage but had there been, my checkout guys really would have had a bad day.

My fiancé, his best man and I came to this location to get some alcohol for our stag and doe this past weekend. We had a poor experience at another Cambridge location and decided to come here and found that the customer service was amazing, staff were helpful and tried to guide us in the right direction as none of us had any idea how much to buy as we weren’t sure how many people were coming for certain, what they were going to be drinking and how much, as it’s hard to tell with a stag and doe event how many people will actually come. Thank you for a wonderful, stress free experience!
