Staff is always polite and generally quick when picking up parcels. They are quite understanding about picking up parcels for others in the household. Only drawback is the parking lot is small and hard to turn left out of during traffic.

Friendly staff. Fast service. It's the customers who slow things down! LOL!! Making a decision to save ten bucks on shipping, whether to need a signature at the destination, express, regular, etc, etc. Ha ha

The staff has always been good to me, but the parking is absolutely atrocious and you have people that don't know how to drive almost smashing into you to back into spots every time I go

Friendly staff, as people say, but terrible opening hours. Closed just after noon on Saturdays and around 5pm when many people get off work during the week.
