Theo, at Eastman Immigration Services, was extremely helpful in providing the necessary applications for new immigrants and filling them out. A great team of compassionate and helpful people. The office is easy to find in the heart of downtown Steinbach, near the Clock Tower.

It took a very long time for them to reply to my email. Usually they are very friendly. But last time I couldn't reach anyone by phone for days. Email got answered I think a week late. By that time I found the necessary documents.
