We came to this Tims for breakfast for two consecutive days and both days we had wrong order delivered to us. Most staffs doesn't speak english and didn't really seem to care about taking long time to deliver wrong order. Strongly recommend using Tims app to place your order as the wait time is much longer if you are coming from big cities.

They need to learn how to speak English. It took us 10 min to order a small iced cap, and 2 steeped teas, only to receive bagged tea.

I don't like the cofee in any Gaspesie Tim Hortons. Taste very diluted. Generally all food is less fresh.

We dropped by this Tim Hortons during our camping stay at Gaspesie National Park - a beautiful place to hike!As for this Tim Hortons, I've never been so embarrassed in my life. After ordering two sandwiches and one donut, they only gave me two sandwitches after a long wait. So I went back and showed the receipt, and she told me you have everything

Worst Tim Hortons! Racist staff. Totally not recommend for travellers. Nobody speaks English or even understand English. Jeannette took my order for Large ice coffee which was very difficult to make her understand. Not only her none of the staff had people skills. To make it more worse I got my ice coffee made wrong when complained they started talking about me with other staff members and customers. Lastly I took my wrong order and left because I was getting targeted. I have worked in hospitality industry in Canada and I can say with pride that I have never faced racism until today. This restaurant has so many bad reviews regarding food quality and racism but I think they are getting ignored. I am just putting this review to make everyone aware about the situation I faced and hoping nobody ever face that.

I was waiting for 30 minutes for 3 wraps and 1 sandwich, and I got 2 wraps and 1 hamburger. There is no working system for preparing food. and only one bill for both of customer and the person who prepared. Also the service is very unprofessional.
