Very rarely you come across a salesperson that makes you feel at ease and treats you like an old friend during the nerve wracking process of buying a car. From inquiring, to test driving and securing financing - and even getting great insurance! - Tony made it all seem effortless and exciting. Can't give enough praise, really. Tony was very helpful and straightforward. Had the vehichle ready on the day promised. His service is five star.I would overall say that they can make it a better experience by making sure there is enough gas for 100km atleast.Had one rear light fogged up and Tony got it fixed next working day no issues.What the READERS should know that after you buy the car#1 You have to double check Engine air filter and Cabin air filter.#2 Check with the vehicle manufacturer if there is any recall on it.#3 In some cases like mine get the interior detailing done from professionals. OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP GETTING SICK of fumes.#4 If your stearing wheel is pulling towards one side. Get the alignment done.#5 Get the battery tested so that you know how much life is left and you can change it before you are stranded.#6 If you bought extended warranty make sure you read it.It's been 6 days I have the car so will update the review if needed.

I’m so disappointed in this dealership. I bought 2 vehicles at the end of 2020 and the ‘detailing’ they claim on paper NEVER happened. Both were paid in full, upfront. They did not disclose crucial information and the SUV, that was driven locally no more than once a week, was riddled in decay that has surfaced so terribly.I paid $10,000 for a vehicle that’s rotted from the inside out and never should have passed inspection, for sale.A short time after the purchase, the e-brake was engaged and completely seized. We had to tow it to an auto shop and a mechanic had to release it. We were strongly urged never to use it as it was not functional at all and would definitely seize again. RUST.You couldn’t even jack the vehicle up because the rust was so bad, the jack went right through it and it collapsed hard onto to the driveway, when attempting to change a tire. The rusted debris was scattered over the pavement.I never thought I’d need to inspect the undercarriage to ensure it was in tack.To top it off, over $2000 was purchased on extended warrantee & the SUV always was kept clean and enclosed in the garage and regular oil changes were completed to keep the warranty active, whether I drove it or not. In just 2 years and it’s not worth more than $1500. I’m sure I could have done more to learn how bad the condition was but I didn’t ask enough questions. It became painfully clear that the vehicle was stored for a long time and not protected from weather damage. Unfortunately it wasn’t apparent at the time of purchase. That explains the lower mileage. Live and learn for me and my son but please beware of this dealership. The sales people seem nice but once the deal is done, they don’t call you back or take responsibility for ripping people off. They are not honest there. Be careful!!! Over $20,000 and horrible after they get the money. Looloo Auto will Never get a red cent out of me or my son, his friends and numerous other Miltonians that know how true this is.Saddest part is, they don’t care about repeat clients. I’ve been 15 years in Milton and I’ve known this company to be good but only bought from them in 2020. There’s always going to be another new face to take to the cleaners.

Tony did a great job in assisting me with getting a new car, he was efficient and honest with the history of the car, and gave me a great deal out of it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car, to check this place out. Thanks for getting my dream car!
