I'm all about performance, but damn guys you need to tune up that customer service. I can't speak for the quality of vehicle service done here because I do my own, but your communication skills are running lean. Maybe I called on a bad day, but I'll take my chances elsewhere due to that. First impression is on you're A$$ when it comes to business.

I did my annual inspection there in May. There was something wrong with my brake which I know should be the pads. They requested me to change all the 4 pads and rotors. But I believe that 3 of the rotors were alright even with some rust which should be normal. Because I need my car immediately so I had to do the work there and they charge me 750+ for the Job (my car is 2010 SUZUKI Grand Vitara, the spares they changed were cheap no brand things ). I think it is brutal.
