It was a very satisfying experience with Encore, I booked their dinner menu on my wedding day. The food is beyond my expectation. Definitely taste better than what I normally had in a fine dining restaurant.you could tell they put a lot of heart and work in to their food, well prepared and presented, beautiful garnish. the chef and server is super polite and caring. Very professional. and they cared about what exactly what I wanted, went beyond what i asked for, well done

Encore Catering has become a part of our family over the last 15 years. This is because everything they do is outstanding and I know if I'm having an event, whether private or corporate, big or small, in my home or at a venue, or even just a dinner for 10+ people or a BBQ in the backyard, I can rely on them 100%. Food is always plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented & served; staff is always so professional and adds such fun to our events; and everyone at Encore head office are always so helpful when helping me plan whatever it is I am planning. They take the time to go over every detail, work with my budget, make excellent suggestions, and they really care. They are our go-to" caterers and I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!"

My experience with Encore Catering was a great one. We needed a catering company for 50 people for my Dad's Surprise Birthday Party. Working with their team, they are reliable, very helpful, unique and accommodating. I personally worked with Magali who coordinated all of the transactions and she made the entire process seamless. She would constantly update our food menu so I could see different pricing options and she adhered to both my budget and dietary restrictions. Even last minute, I notified them that I needed an oven rental and they were patient and understanding and provided me with exceptional service. If you are in the need of a good caterer who provides both quality service and food, this is the place to go.

Encore was the only catered for our wedding venue Bloom Field. The problems started right from the beginning.Owner sat in on the tasting, except you hadno choice in what you tasted. They gave you a few options, but when you’ve seen the menu beforehand you either expect to be able to try it all or be asked prior what you are interested in.Owner is also a bigot who proudly proclaimed he thought Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should be assassinated. Lovely.On our wedding day, they forgot our one guest’s vegetarian plate. They piled a random assortment of food on a plate for her but what was interesting was they included coleslaw (which was not served to anyone else, was it part of some staff members lunch??) and oddly she was not given a serving of either of our two vegetarian side dishes from the buffet.The desserts were a disaster. They didn’t put out any serving utensils so people were using their hands. We chose the dessert squares and our menu guide clearly stated we should choose three flavours. We indicated our choices on their form. When we arrived at the table I was so disappointed to see a variety of things I recognized as NOT our choices. When asked about it after, Sonia the catering coordinator tried to say they thought what I had written were merely suggestions and not our choices. Wth?Overall, you can do way better. Their food is pretentious and not good enough to justify their prices.

The food we tried in our tasting was incredible and was exactly the same for our event. All of our guests raved about the food. We would be happy to work with you again in the future!

Truly exceptional at what they do. More than just a catering company - they actually partnered with other vendors to help plan our wedding. The food was excellent and creative. The Toronto catering scene is competitive and Encore knows what it takes to continually adapt and stay on top. Thanks again for an amazing wedding experience!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We found Encore Catering online and hired them to cater our New Year's Eve event at our home. Wow! It was a bit last minute so all the arrangements were made via email or phone and we had to trust the reviews about the quality of the food. We took a chance...and won.A friend described it best in his 'thank you' note to us...I don't know if you have used this catering service before

Amazing experience with Encore Catering! We've ordered from them for MULTIPLE corporate occasions with a variety of group sizes and they have never cease to amaze us.Excellent flavouring of their hot dish items, salads are always fresh, desserts are unique, kudos to the chef! Plus their hot food comes really well kept, fresh and hot as though it was made in person.Love the fact that their menu is accommodating to dietary restrictions and is also stated under each dish.The representative I've been communicating with is excellent with customer and quick to respond. Many thanks to them for satisfying all our catering needs.Definitely highly recommend for any event!
