I was referred to Dermetics (Dr. Rosen) by a friend. All of the staff were very welcoming and provided me with personal service. Mckinlee conducted a thorough consultation and helped me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Rosen has a good sense of humour which I appreciated. He is well versed in his field and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed a fair and sound treatment plan that I can work with. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will be returning. I recommend Dermetics.

The staff at Dermetics is truly amazing, offering a highly professional experience and delivering fantastic results. I recently had my first Botox treatment with Paige, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Paige's transparency and professionalism were evident from the beginning, as she provided me with sound advice on the best course of action. I immediately felt at ease, and to my surprise, the procedure was virtually painless. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, particularly Paige, for anyone seeking top-notch services. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and now feel incredibly confident.

My experience was fantastic! Friendly staff… extremely clean and Paige was very knowledgeable and very professional. During my treatment she explained everything she was doing and was very soft to the touch and efficient. I’ve had some hard “ pinches “ before however with Paige it was very comfortable. Looking forward to returning. Thanks to everyone! Amazing job.

Received an email notification for 20% on skin care products (=>$300). I ordered three products online, very user friendly. Once the order was placed I immediately received an email confirmation of the order. Within an hour or two I received a Canada Post notification that they received a packaging slip from Dermetics. This is the smoothest and quickest order I've ever experienced!! Very impressed with Dermetics with how streamlined and professional in completing this order!!! Awesome!!!

Once my turn on the waitlist was complete I was able to schedule and complete my procedure very quickly. I went to have 3 moles removed and I was impressed with the skill and professionalism of the staff. I am very pleased with my experience.
