Q engineering completed our permit drawings package for an open concept on first floor and legal basement. City approved the package without any comments and our contractors were happy with the detailed provided in the drawings. We highly recommend Q Engineering.

I am a kitchen and bathroom contractor. I got a kitchen project where a load bearing wall needed to be taken down. The wall is the original bungalow wall built 1890. The wall supports a new 2nd floor and an extension to the house.I met engineer Sam Tabesh from Q engineering through the sub-contractor I hired.Sam did the drawings, and applied for the permit.The wall was taken down according to the drawing and passed city inspection today.Few things I like to mention here; the responsiveness and ease to reach Sam was amazing. Sam was very professional and communicates well with his clients.Over all it was a great experience although the project is not an easy one.Attached; before and after photos.
