Berdick Windows & Doors

I typically find that for any product you get what you pay for. The windows were built with attention to detail, in a timely fashion and are of great quality (yet to withstand a winter but I do not have doubts they will stand up to the task). Where Berdick stands apart for me is the level of service and care from the quoting, manufacturing and delivery. Brian Walker at Berdick stands apart as a top notch individual. I had mainly dealt with Brian, and with my brief interactions with the remaining staff I feel that they are all of of the same caliber.I am looking forward to completing my doors in the near future and working with Berdick again.

Fantastic service great strong windows and priced good

Do not go here if you need a window they give you an approximate date but if your order is small you probably will not get it on or about the date they tell you because they will do the big dollar orders first and screw you......worst place to buy a window go to Starline Windows. Berdick has the worst customer service I have ever come across plus their receptionist is really snotty toward you......Be advised dont buy here

Slowly replacing the windows (a few per year) in our built in the 80’s house, and Berdick’s 9000 series renovation windows have been great…. Easy to install and make an instant difference in both warmth and light. Service has been excellent too, will keep using them as long as I need to keep updating our place!

Bought a house last fall and I had some window parts that were broken...called Bedrock and they had parts even though my windows are 24 years old...amazing service!

I like dealing with Berdick Windows. When you place an order you can talk directly to their expert designers. It really streamlines the order process compared to suffering with big retail stores.

We ordered 3 sliding glass doors from Berdick for our suite renovation. Then the plans changed to 3 Windows. Not only were the new Windows great, but Berdick helped us sell the sliding glass doors that we were not able to use. Fantastic customer service and great product. We totally recommend them.
