Toronto Old City Hall
Beautiful example of old Toronto architecture. The war memorial stands out front and is where the Remembrance Day services are held each year. So much history in this building. Built in 1899 and was used as Toronto’s city hall until 1966. This is a National Historic Site.

Very cool architecture with a large clock tower. Sticks out like a sore thumb but that's why it's the old city hall I guess! Had Nuit Blanche events in front of it.

Nice architecture. Must visit place if you are travelling to Toronto. For best view, visit it’s front side. It looks great at night, especially during summer days and during Christmas lights.

A magnificent building was designed by Edward James Lennox who was the architect for Casa Loma too .

Located in the heart of Toronto, Canada, this magnificent building is one of the most important historical landmarks in the city. Old City Hall was built in 1899 and features a beautiful design that blends architectural elements and artistic decorations. The building was used as Toronto's municipal headquarters until 1966 and features many artistic and historical highlights, including a courthouse, a council chamber, a grand committee room, which served as a center of public and political life in that period.Old City Hall is distinguished by its elegant and stunning design, featuring conical towers, double arches, ornate windows, and glass ceilings. It is considered one of Toronto's most famous tourist attractions. If you are planning to visit Toronto in the future, don't miss the opportunity to visit this magnificent historical building that represents an important cultural heritage for the city and the country

One of the best architectures still standing in this town. Found some spooky stuff about it though. Courtroom 33 is rumoured to be haunted. There’s a theory that it’s the spirits of the last two men sentenced to capital punishment in Canada in 1962. In a rear stairwell, there are reports of footsteps being heard, plus judges have felt tugging on their robes. Moans have been heard in the cellars of the majestic old building, which was the holding area for prisoners.
