Adam was awesome. Our 45 year old furnace went out during the cold snap and he came by to diagnose that day on the Sunday and had 2 furnaces and a hot water heater installed really quickly for us. Fantastic installer for great pricing. Doesn't mess around with upselling, just let's you know what you need, what your options are and let's you decide on your own time.

Adam from Air Towne came to fix an issue we were having with our A/C. He walked me through his whole process as he was diagnosing the issue and explained the workings of the A/C in an easy to understand way. Because he included me in the process, I knew what to expect and wasn't surprised by the outcome. He was very friendly and professional and it is very apparent that he really cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Overall the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory.

Adam did a great job examining our furnace and AC units. He uncovered a leak in one of our furnace units and was able to patch that up right on the spot. Throughout the inspection he took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of the questions that I had. Would definitely recommend his services and I would hire him again for the next inspection or for any furnace/AC/HVAC needs.

Better late than never at providing this reveiw of Adam at AirTowne and his quality workmanship.Back in September (2022) Adam came to my place in Airdrie and fixed my Furnace. I've been doing a home renovation and for some reason my 21 year old furnace was no longer working. It was consistently blowing a 3a fuse and refusing to work. It wasn't a big deal over the summer months but with Winter fast approaching, I had to get Adam in to look at our furnace.My wife and I purchased our house from our landlord when we were renting the place. While renting the place, the furnace was serviced a couple of times by other companies. They all recommended" that my landlord replace the furnace with a new one and they of course would be happy to sell our landlord a new furnace.When Adam came to service our Original

I can not recommend Adam and Airtowne enough!!! He has now installed both a humidifier and AC unit for me. Not only was he very affordable but the install is clean and looks amazing, it feels more like you have a friend over instead of just a technician.

Adam @ Air Towne is a GREAT company. I had AC installed back at the end of June and it has been a wonderful. The price and service offered can’t be beat. I’ll be using Air Towne for all future HVAC needs for our home.

We used Air Towne to get a central AC installed in our Legacy home. Their pricing were competitive and from the first time I talked to Adam it was very apparent he cared a lot about the quality of their installation and sizing the AC appropriately (unlike most companies who just oversize everything to be safe"). They showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. From Adam tuning of the AC and diagnostic of issues unrelated to their installation thereafter this is the best customer service

This review is long overdue. Adam and his apprentice replaced our old AC unit and installed a new one for us back in June. When I called him to get a quote, he told me when he could come out and he came as promised. He took the time to inspect the old system and provided options. When we decided to go with a new unit, he placed the order and said he would be there on Saturday morning at 8:00. Exactly on time he showed up and got to work. Within a few hours we were up and running and everything was cleaned up. It's the second time that we have used Air Towne and I will recommend them to anyone. It's refreshing to be able to talk to the owner of the company and deal directly with him. As a side note, I generally don't do online reviews but for Adam and Air Towne, I had to make an exception.

Adam was quick to respond and provided some troubleshooting prior to suggesting he come to inspect the furnace issues himself. The troubleshooting performed didn't solve the issue, however, Adam said he would make his way over right away and arrived in the timeframe provided. Adam solved this issues late night on a Friday, and called back once he fixed the problem with his comments, notes, and insights. All in all, a wonderful experience, extremely friendly, quick to act and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone! TY Adam!

Every once in awhile someone's service just blows ya away, that was my experience with Air Towne. Had an issue with my system that was installed by another company that was not performing correctly, and I was tired of having to deal with who had done it.Called Adam with airtowne and instantly wished I had gotten him from the start. He fixed everything up and went above and beyond.Highly recommend, all my future hvac work while is gonna be with him and I suggest yours do too!
