Brought my chainsaw in for repair called a couple days later said part was no longer available but they could get the part well 6 weeks later still not fixed and tried selling me a bar and chain for over a hundred dollars can get at Canadian tire for way less don't wast your time with these guys and when I pick up my not fixed saw they gave me attitude and where rude what a waste of time

Brought my 2010 club cadet lawn tractor to Budds with a bunch of issues.The gentleman who repair the tractor spoke with me explaining all the repairs in detail .My tractor now works and runs better than the day I bought it.I will be taking all my small engines issues to Budds .

If you want it back in a reasonable time frame, don't go here. Our mower was there 3 weeks and then got a call that it was going to be longer because the part they were waiting on was the wrong one that came in. We are spending a lot of money on our mower there to have it overhauled and they don't seem to care that it is taking forever. We have had to pay twice to have 2 acres of lawn cut. Will never go back.

Took an old leaf blower in and it was assessed as being scrap. Didn't charge a penny to look at it and 6 months later got a STIHL leaf blower from them which has been problem free ever since. Great local business that still carries integrity!

We happen to be driving by a few minutes before they open so we pulled over on the side of the road. We sat there knowing we were early and the lady shook her head and discussed that we were there. My passenger said good morning to her twice and she just made some reason remarkable us being there. We are currently didn’t know what to do the gate was now open so we pulled in. We sat and waited knowing it was still two minutes until eight and as she was bringing out lawnmowers and other items in an ignorant tone said you're here you might as well come in. That was enough for me. I just drove away and went elsewhere for chainsaw chains and supplies we needed. I later talk to people around Port Colburne who had great things to say about the owner and it looked like a neat and tidy and well ran place . It was really unfortunate to run into somebody like that I don’t know if it was an employee or his wife but she needs to chill out. I guess if you are five minutes early just park down the road somewhere until 805 to be safe

First-time having equipment serviced at Bud's. Pretty satisfiedI took my lawnmower in on Friday and was told they were pretty backed up so it might be a 2 weeks before they can look at it. Got a call Saturday morning saying they had a chance to look at it, discussed the list of recommendations and cost estimate. Got a call Tuesday that it was ready for pick up. Got it home intime to cut the lawn.I think the price was reasonable for both labour and parts.I will be back again when I can't fix it myselfI recommend Bud's small engine in Port Colborne
