Arowhon Pines inside Algonquin Park
It is truly a remarkable resort. The food is exceptional, the staff are amazing. The only issue is that it would be great if all the rooms had access to a screened in porch.Since they do not have cell or wifi, it was SO NICE to be able to sit down for dinner and not have ringing phones and being able to disconnect for a few days. It makes you appreciate your surroundings so much more.I cannot imagine anyone writing a negative comment about this place.However, the sum of all parts (staff, location, amenities) makes this place truly a magical place.Thank you Arowhon for a truly beautiful vacation.

The food is delicious and the rooms are very comfortable. We kayaked and played pickle all. Some of the kayaks have the footrest broken but otherwise were quite usable. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Special experience for sure.

My family and I spent 3 nights at Arowhon Pines. This was our first visit and we really enjoyed our stay, the food and the service. Arowhon Pines inside Algonquin Park
Amazing Algonquin Park experience this Fall. Colours through Park were breathtaking. Resort had great food, professional and friendly staff and services. Amenities included hiking paths, tennis and pickleball court, games room with table tennis and chess. Rooms were comfortable but small. Walls did not keep out all noise from other rooms or common area. Daily price is high but the once in a lifetime experience is worth it.

What a place. Definitely worth a visit when looking for a luxurious outdoor adventure paired with amazing food. We made the most out of it and did every water activity they’re offering. Quite the paradise (just come prepared for the mozzies) thank you for the dream holiday at your place!

Arowhon Pines inside Algonquin Park
The accommodation was wonderful. Dinners were small and when they said it was lobster night, we expected a lobster tail - not a claw. Theresa appeared from time to time but could have been much more visible, as she has a vibrant personality. The fellow ( likely another manager ) who worked there with a beige shirt and a light beard was unfriendly, impatient, didn't really have time for anyone, and almost appeared annoyed if you ever asked him a question. The servers were terrific! We loved swimming and sitting around the octagonal dining room following meals. Very relaxing. The highlight for us of the trip was to the Portage Store where we hired a guide to show us the Tom Thomson Cairn, and we paddled for 4 hours. It was exhilarating! This is a special resort and the hefty price reflects that.

Great place for glamping. The food and service were outstanding, the trails excellent (though mosquito infested when we were there in June) and the boating (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards) top notch. We saw loons, moose and hummingbirds. A great place for a luxurious break in nature!

Went to this place for a wedding. Everything was just perfect. The rooms were neat, the lake was beautiful. All the other facilities were in good condition, including canoes and kayaks. The food was great, staff members were attentive, and kind.I would very like to visit this place again for my own trip.
