We ordered 5 dishes - seafood pancake (large portion size, a bit on the greasy side), donkatsu (felt a bit over fried and rice was a tad hard), cheese corn (delicious but pricey), bulgogi tteok bokki (delicious bus portion size was on the smaller side of rice cakes) and original fried chicken (it took a while so we ended up cancelling it). Each dish came out quite spaced out. Pricing was on the higher end. Our fav was the bulgogi tteok bokki. Staff were really pleasant and apologetic about the fried chicken taking so long. Provided complimentary juice for our kids, which was really nice (and tasty!). I would come back to try other items on the menu

This new Korean restaurant is worth visiting! The food & service were both good. We also got a 10% discount (I think it might be their current grand opening promo). One thing was that there was only a tiny piece of potato in the pork bone soup, but our server kindly brought us some more :) The restaurant was also a tiny bit stuffy, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Dan Gol is new and we thought we’d try it out. It was quite busy when we arrived around 7pm and even as we sat down and ate, there was a steady stream of people coming in or picking up takeout — all good signs.Food was very good. The vegetable pancake was not oily/greasy at all. Portions were quite generous. As the restaurant is newly opened, it seems they’re still working out the flow/rhythm of a busy dinner period, so it might a bit bit slow to start, but in spite of that they still get 5/5 from me.My 6 y.o. has this to add: “So yummy! I hope to come back here again!”I concur.

Dangol is a new Korean restaurant that just opened not long ago. As a Korean food lover, of course I have to give it a try. I ordered takeout of my two sticky items: Pork Bone Soup and Seafood Tofu Soup. The staff were polite and the service was good. It took about 10 minutes for my orders to be ready. The soups tasted good, typical Korean soups. But two things I had to deduct stars: 1. For an order of two soup meals, they only provided one set (3 mini containers) of banchan (side dishes), and each container was only half full. It's a shame. 2. The rice was super hard, especially after it cooled down. We had to add water and microwaved it a bit to soften it. The two things I love about Korean meals, banchan and rice, unfortunately were both ruined. Such rookie mistakes from a Korean restaurant. After my visit, I still couldn't be sure about whether Dangol is an authentic Korean restaurant or not. The staff could understand my Korean, but they got the name of their menu item wrong, and failed on the two most basics of Korean meals. But for the least I can say, the food is not bad and it's not a bad experience.** There's a weird translation error on their menu that almost stopped me from visiting (because I'm not very fond of unauthentic Korean eateries). 로제 떡볶이 - 로제 in Chinese should be translated as 粉红 (pink as in color) or 玫瑰 (rose as in flower). What they have there is 罗杰, which is a phonetic translation from Mandarin pronunciation. It's unusual but acceptable, I had seen it on social media, after all it's for Chinese customers. But the English translation got me puzzled. 로제 in English is always Rosé (not Roge). It's commonly known in South Korea. I don't know how a Korean" restaurant can get that wrong. Hence

Have tried this place twice. The beef bim bim bop was good but wasn't filling enough for me. Other time we ordered the army stew and it was quite enjoyable. Feeds 2 with lots of different ingredients included.

I have been hearing a lot of positive feedback about this new establishment from my peers and finally decided to give it a try. I went in without any expectations and was initially skeptical, thinking it might just be another ordinary Korean restaurant. However, I was pleasantly proven wrong. I ordered the osam bulgogi and yook gae jang and was truly impressed by the exceptional quality of the flavours. Although I personally felt that the osam bulgogi could have been slightly spicier, it still struck a perfect balance between heat and sweetness. As for the yook gae jang, the broth was rich and packed with tender beef and vegetables. It appeared that I had visited during the rush hour as the place was bustling and I had to wait a couple of minutes before being seated. However, as soon as a table became available, the server promptly seated us. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided, as the combination of a busy atmosphere and customer service can often be challenging. Despite the restaurant's busyness, the servers took their time and demonstrated patience with us, considering it was our first time there. Our overall experience was highly positive, and we are definitely planning to return to try out other items on their menu.

Love this place, very authentic Korean food with excellent quality services. This place has best cold noodles and fried chicken! My favourite place.

Delicious Korean restaurant. Recommend the Kam Ja Tang and Ja Jang noodles. Cheese rice cake also good.
