Brought a young girl in to get her hair trimmed. She had left some conditioner under her hair. The older hair dresser publicly embarrassed her in front of other customers. She continued to mention that she shouldn’t be washing her hair by herself. I asked to talk to her away from the other customers. She told me as a hair dresser it was her job to teach her a lesson. I explained to her that she didn’t even know is us and mentioning it once was good enough. Terrible!
