KFC

I was at this location on Aug. 6th at 3:05pm( Cataraqui Centre, Kingston). I arrived and waited until the tall skinny guy with a black turban finished his funny conversation with his two coworkers. Then I was served old fries with chicken which had been sitting by his grill for sometime. I say so because it was not pleasant to eat. I will never return to this location. Actually, I will try my best to avoid KFC as this is NOT the first time it happens to me.

Our poutine was very soggy and my chicken was very cold and fries were over cooked… don’t recommend especially when they don’t wash there hands

Love KFC's popcorn chicken. It's the only thing I'll eat from there. But this particular location (Bath Rd) has major problems compared to others. Cashier never sanitizes or changes gloves between handling cash/machine and handling food. All other restaurants I've been to, they do. The box for the family size popcorn chicken is always half full (3/4 full if I get lucky). Other restaurants, it's full. They stop taking orders 15 min before their close time and when I ask them why, they blame it on Google not being accurate. Funny how the hours on Google and on their windows are the same! And today was the last straw... 12 car lineup in the drive thru. Get to my turn and they're out of multiple items. No indication prior to getting to the speaker. I had to wait 20 min to get out of the drive thru with nothing. And the rudeness from employees... don't get me started!!!This location (Bath Rd) was convenient for me cuz its close to my house. From now on, will gladly go out of my way to another location.

Such a disgusting service. Very slow.They don’t even wash their hands or change gloves after touching raw chicken. Clearly cross contamination.Poor service.Asked for dine in and hand it over in a bag and food was coldWould never recommend anyone

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo earlier this night (2019/01/21) and was not only disappointed but made violently ill but the food I recieved. The chicken was cooked through thankfully (otherwise they'd be getting more than a bad review) but the fries were cold, hard and nearly hollow in the same way I imagine packing peanuts would be, almost no flavour and oddly enough for a fast food joint had no hint of saltines.Now I'm not sure who to blame for this because A) I've NEVER had a KFC meal that terrible before. And; B) Apart from the terrible french fries the only issue I had with the employee making my meal was that they absolutely smothered that chicken patty in their spicy sauce. Now the sauce I can handle, just wipe it off and deal with soggy buns. But when it only takes about 20min for my body to call it quits and reject all that garbage, when I've been here in actual pain for about an hour retching, stomach turning with cold sweats and minimal bodily control and when the only things I've eaten today were a few crackers followed many hours later by the KFC that preceded my being ill; I'm blaming you as a restaurant for my pain.I only had a handful of fries before calling it quits on them too. Ate maybe 2/3 of my sandwich before my appetite started telling me something was wrong. It wasn't my crackers, I can tell you that with certainty seeing as how my bucket here looks like a collage of chicken, orange sauce and white bread. It wasn't the Pepsi... It was clearly the food.I'm not going to make dumb customer threats like I'm never eating here again

I worked for kfc and I loved working there but I left for heath issues and now I wanted some for food and I went and bought they gave me some small size chicken and one tiny size chicken peace. Very disappointed they said its new cuts your suppose to get more meat big lie one peace was smaller then a chicken nugget at McDonalds and gave 6 peaces of pop corn chicken

I didn't like that they added salt to my fries and wouldn't exchange them for a new batch

Worst service ever. Made my food wrong 3x then argued after making it the 4th time. Beef and chicken are not the same thing. Will never order from there again

Wow don't go here! Took 15 min to wait for food then they gave part of the order to another person, they then went and got the pop cirn chicken from that person then proceeded to try and give it to me! That is gross!! And now its been a total of 45 min and Finally got my proper food.

I'm really liking KFC lately. They have the $10 menu and they have the $5 menu both very good values. And they have the best dipping sauce 4 wings. My favorite is there garlic dip. Now I've recently discovered that not all KFC after you carries this dip.
