Sat for two hours to have my hood fixed wouldn’t close and i bought the vehicle there!!! Changed my latch didnt check the pull cord and charged me 275.00 to say its not the latch its the pull cord ??? So why not place my old latch and charge mr nothing !! Now have to go back when the order the cord ??? Disgusting

Outstanding service. The battery in our F150 was constantly going dead overnight. We took our truck to our local garage. They took 2 weeks to try to find the problem, didn't, but didn't charge us. We took the truck back to the Ford dealer (not Leslie) where we had bought it. They looked at it for 2 hours, couldn't find the problem, and charged us over $200. We took the truck to Leslie's, warned them that two other garages had failed to solve the problem. Leslie's went methodically through everything. After five weeks, they pinned down and fixed the problem. A brand new battery that we had purchased elsewhere had deteriorated over the year or so we'd had the problem. Leslie's arranged with the battery retailer to provide a new battery which Leslie's installed. Leslie's invoice for labour was astonishingly low - about the same as the other Ford dealer who only worked on the vehicle 2 hours. This was among the finest service we have ever experienced with any auto dealer or service centre. Full credit to Leslie's for outstanding service - absolutely above and beyond.

Knowledgeable sales staff, super friendly and easy to deal with. They all take pride in their quality of customer service and offer a no pressure, pleasant experience. Very happy with my new truck!
