Look… the service they provide is nobodies favorite pastime. On the other hand I feel they preformed the needed service in an efficient, accurate, and healthful manner which is better than 85% of the healthcare in canada. The doctors - both performing and anesthesiologist were personable and seemingly efficient. The care staff at the front desk was clear and kind, and the assistants were helpful and supportive. If you are over 50 and havent gotten a colonoscopy, and are in the greater Toronto area this is a solid choice for where to get it done. You’ll still need to stay on top of the prep work and the instructions but this is a good choice of where to get it done.

Admin staff were warm and professional, very calming to patients as they arrived. Nursing staff were exceptional as the offered comfort to myself and other patients. The doctors were wonderful in providing information and assurances Doctor Taylor provided great pre and post information that calmed me down. The procedure is not one we look forward to, but your team made things very smooth. Thank you.

Pre-screening appointment:Reception staff: friendly and helpful.Dr Kitchell and his assistant, Justin were exceptionally good, respectful, listened, and patiently explained all instructions for my procedures.Technician Shahana: disrespectful, impatient, told me to lay down and hurriedly continued to raise my pantlegs. I stated that raising my pantlegs would damage the material, and I had to remove my pants for her to continue testing. While I was partially disrobed, Shahana left me sitting in a chair in her testing room, while she left the room with an open door!Procedure appointment:For the most part everyone was friendly and helpful, including the reception staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and the doctor. One item: prior to testing, Dr Almamar advised he would give me literature respecting gastroscopy. I had to ask for the literature after I was released from recovery.

The wait was the only issue. I watched the whole lobby empty, fill and empty again before I was called in - It was an hour past my scheduled appointment. I was told it was due to a shortage of beds. Once I got in, it was clockwork. I was supposed to be mild sedation but honestly don't remember a thing until I was in recovery. The procedure was very good.

It was my first time at the Provis-Rudd clinic. Excellent in all ways, the staff, nurses and doctors made me feel welcome and comfortable. Courteous, punctual, professional and efficient from the time of arrival, preparation of the procedure to the recovery period. The nurses at the recovery and discharge rooms were specially nice and very professional. I have had several of these procedures at other clinics, definitely the Provis-Rudd was the best. Thank you.

I'm leaving 1 star for the following reasons:-The instruction for the colonoscopy prep where expedited, unclear and the pamphlet said pretty much you can't have anything.- I got caller less than 24 hrs before asking me to change my appointment before 12pm while my whole prep was based on an appointment after 12.- I called and asked when to be picked up, I was told 4pm, I was done at 2:15 and they didn't even call the person supposed to pick me up although I gave her number- after 30 minutes in the recovery room, I was asked to go to reception whiteout them knowing if I'm being picked up or not after sedation. It's not just about lack of our organization, discharging a sedated patient alone is dangerous. There are better clinics like holly endoscopy clinic that I highly recommend much better experience.

Excellent clinic. Quick turnaround from initial booking to procedure. Excellent staff, make you feel comfortable during what can be a stressful situation. Procedure done efficiently and professionally, but I don't remember any of it, which was also great for obvious reasons.

I took my dad to his appointment here. The woma who did ECG called him lazy just because he was slow. My dad is 74 and he has Parkinson's disease. That was the only one in the clinic could do ECG. They have a sign in the clinic. And it looks like a joke to me. Where is the respect to your patient?

The experience was good, efficient with appointments and the clinic is clean, staff was friendly. The day of procedure it was fast. Finished in 1H10min. I am afraid of needle and my vain is small, so the first IV didn’t get in, I cried out loud but the staff was kind and patient to comfort me. I really appreciated that. Once the IV was in and I fell sleep and by the time I woke up it was done. And I had clean colon! Overall it was a good experience.

Very busy clinic. But I had to wait only 5 minutes beyond my appointment.Good doctor . Nurses are rushing always, so the nurse injected the needle so harsh in my vain that it started bleeding and paining.Another male nurse who attended me after gastroscopy was very patient and very nice.
