I had hometech in my house and our condo for the duration of the 3 yr contract, when I sold my house we canceled the sevice at my house and our condo, then 8 months later they started to withdraw funds from our account again, when we contacted them they said we only canceled the service at the house and it was their error that the condo was also cancelled so when they discovered their error they automatically started to withdraw the funds for service, no letter or phone call to verify anything! They just started to take our money, they will not refund the funds they withdrew now, furthermore when we were active with them and needed the system repaired the charged me for the part even though the system was supposed to be worry free" for the duration of our contract

Luka was very professional and polite and knows his stuff. He answered all my questions and did a very clean and tidy installation no exposed wiring etc. And asked me if i was ok with how he wanted to do things before he did them. Thanks again! Vaughan Getzinger

I have been contracted with Hometech Security Inc (Edmonton) for 2 years,I will never do any bussiness with this company and recomended to anyone! Unhonest,Hidden charged.they have charged me another extra month for cancellation.
