I filed to complaints with Chery Robar regarding the START program and I was purposely ignored and second time I filed a complaint for breach of contract and to this day I never heard back, it's been about 3 months. In my initial complaint I was purposely sent on the wrong path. The level of CORRUPTION is unreal.
