Purchased a custom necklace from the Calgary location (plus earrings). Great experience from beginning to the end. Connected with Ruby a couple times, and she provided excellent communication and customer service. Necklace is so cute! Very happy with it!

a specific employee (they’ll know who they are) racially profiled one of her employees and fired her:) I have also heard from many people of colour that she ignores or gives attitude to them. Just so everyone knows this store supports discrimination for race and she will continue to work there!! disgusting service on behalf of her and the manager. Do better.
