Takeout onlyThey forgot one meal in my order and while waiting saw that they did the same for others waiting as well.Phone rings and disconnects if they are busy.Very disorganizedIn the end food was good but just be prepared for the aggravation in getting it.

Friendly service, spectacular food! Prices are reasonable given the increasing costs of things these days. The pad thai and Green curry are particularly delicious! 100% worth it!

Probably the best Thai restaurant in Ontario.Friendly staff. Authentic Thai food. Great decor, reminded us of some great times in Thailand.Singha beer instead of Chang, too bad though acceptable.

This place had AMAZING ambiance. Everything felt authentic and like you stepped right into the heart of Thailand. The food was delicious; for what we were able to get. Half of the items on the menu were sold out or did not arrive. Service was lacklustre, waited about 20 minutes for a glass of water when we were the only table there. We heard them chatting and laughing in the kitchen but they were not there to accommodate us. Albeit, they were short staffed but, that doesn’t excuse the poor service.I’d recommend stopping by but be wary as items may not be available on the menu.

We went to Bualai tonight for a birthday dinner as a family of 6 adults and everyone was very impressed with the food, service and decor. Everything about every dish we had on the table was exceptionally well-balanced, our server Crystal was lovely and the food was insanely flavourful. The ingredients were fresh and very high quality, you can tell every dish was made with real passion. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for this delicious meal!

Food is OK nothing amazing about it. We order pad Thai which taste like a normal pad Thai from a the food court at the mall. We had to ask for lime and hot sauce because the waiter didn't get it for us. The place is well decorated and the music was very relaxing

I’m angry writing this review because I’m forced to give 1 star.This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered take-out from this place. The first 2 times were just as bad but sadly it’s the only Thai place in town and I wanted to give them one last try based on the reviews in case my experience the first two times were a fluke.We ordered Pad Thai with Chicken, Pad Thai with Shrimp, and Chicken Spring Rolls (Feb 11/23). I got plain dry noodles with overcooked shrimp and my husband got plain dry noodles with rubbery chicken. Never mind missing the most basic ingredients like scallions and bean sprouts, we didn’t even get lime or peanuts! $60 later, I have 2 inedible containers of noodles and what tastes like freshly defrosted spring rolls. This is robbery. Shameful!

Stopped here on our way to Newcastle ! What a great choice we made. Everything from the service to the authentic Thai dishes were absolutely amazing. Very tasty !! They were able to accommodate my vegan request. 5 star rating from me that’s for sure. Would definitely come back if I’m ever lucky enough to pass through this pretty little town again.

After smelling the kitchen from outside whenever we walked by, we decided it was time to finally try it. Worth it, curry beef and sesame beef with rice. Just a heads up for some people they do add pineapple to the dishes.
