Very efficient and professional service!I just got the possession of a new house and needed help for mice treatment within 2 days before moving in physically. I called them and they sent their technician on same day for treatment. Their technician inspected the whole house and walked me through everything.They didn’t rush through and also provided recommendation for installing meshes outside the house for any future animal entries.Highly recommended!

After recently moving to a new place in Downtown Kitchener we found a couple of unwanted guests as there was a good month of so between us moving in and the owner not being there. We called Pest Control Kitchener after seeing other google review and were super happy about our experience with them.Right off the bat, the Pest Control team, through Scott, Simon and Mr. Yu were responsive, I got a call back right after my inquiry and they dispatched someone the next day.The team was extremely pleasant to deal with, and that coupled with the responsiveness has made them my go to for any further issues we may encounter.Knock on wood - it looks like we have been able to nip the issue in the bud, thanks to the team Scott, Simon, Mr. Yu and the rest of the team.We'll continue to work with them for preventative maintenance - overall am very happy with the experience and service we got.Thanks very much, Scott, Simon and Mr. Yu!!!

We had issues with mice getting into a car and in the house. The Exterminators were quick to help. Everything was explained up front when making the appointment by phone. The exterminator who came was very friendly and helpful.I've recommended them to friends and will use again.

The Exterminators came out to my Mom's condo immediately to do an inspection, found the bed bugs and came the very next day to do the first treatment. The technician was friendly, professional, explained everything in detail to my 84 year old Mom who needed this as she was frantic. He was the same when he came to do the second treatment. They are gone now, though no one has any control over the unit they came from into my Mom's condo. Would highly recommend their services.

We had a minor wasp issue (Between the siding and the brick..outdoors). The technician from Pest Control came on time and treated the area with some chemicals. He did not remove the siding or didn't inspect whether wasps had made nest somewhere inside. But we don't see the wasps entering now. So I can say that issue has been solved and I'm satisfied with the service. They also give 6 months warranty.Service was quick and efficient.

Prompt service by professional and friendly staff. They addressed our concerns about the safety of the traps with pets in the house, and explained why they were proposing each step. We got them to do most of the work they outlined and did a few things ourselves too. They followed up a couple months later at no charge to re-check everything and make sure we were in good shape.

I ordered a roach removal service from you guys and the guy did a terrible job. He said that he was going to apply more than expected and that the rate would increase, he even suggested that I should not live here, which was offensive to me, since I contacted him to solve a problem, not to criticize the way I live , I had already had a service like this before and they instantly eliminated the cockroaches, this time it was not like that, I called to tell him that the problem was still there and his commitment was to come and now he doesn't even answer the phone

I called and received a return call back within minutes. An appointment to help my squirrels move out of my roof and to a new home was made for the very next day. We were told what we could do to protect the other roof vents but not in a ‘pushy salesperson’ kind of way. Callum was especially helpful on the phone each time we spoke. Very kind and professional. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

I was happy with the technician. He first looked for where there was evidence of mice activity, checked for nests, and dropped the bait where it was needed. I was shocked when he discovered the corners of the garage door was chewed. I am also glad they offer to come back in a month or two to check the bait and offer a warranty. It only took 1 hour and pretty much the next day we did not see any new mice droppings.

The technician came on time, gave a thorough review both inside and out, and updated us at the end of each follow up call. They advised areas that needed to be blocked off around the perimeter of our home, showed us what needed to be done and gave prices on their cost to do that work if it was more than we were comfortable taking on ourselves. We did the work ourselves and they checked that on a subsequent visit. We have not seen any recurrence in our home. Thank you.
