Waterford Tower

Been at this location for almost a year. Great communication from staff and a safe and polite environment. No noise from neighbors but the construction is atrocious within the building. It's understandable to renovate but its almost every day and the banging and sawing never seems to stop. Other than that, love my views :).

So this is just a review about the recent service I received for a major cockroach infestation in my unit and specifically my dishwasher. After the pest control company sprayed my entire unit the cockroaches were still in the dishwasher so instead of just spraying inside or removing and cleaning then returning the same one Jessica provided a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher (after Raymond removed the old one and the pest control people stayed the kitchen area again) and it works great and the roaches are gone!

Quadreal" will tell you one price for a unit only to raise it higher once you arrive. The excuse is the unit is now some how unavailable. While that is going on they ask for you to apply to different units at a time but in that time span the price keeps increasing. I provide all the necessary documents bank statements

I have lived in this apartment for two years and it is an excellent place to live, the area is excellent mainly for my daughters who can enjoy a quiet avent!I am equally happy with the office staff, they are very friendly people and always with a smile, I have not had any inconvenience that has not been solved until now, I am mainly grateful to Jessica who has provided me with an excellent service.I'm satisfied with living in this wonderful place.

We have been living at this building for 8 years. We have always felt safe and at home here. Raymond has been here since before we came along and he has always looked out for us and others. He has always been friendly, kind and very good at his job. When it is Raymond's job to complete a tasks: that task is always done 100% well and fast. This is a good place to call home.

I recently moved into this building and the new management, QuadReal, is great. They have been very friendly, accommodating and they are very much on top of work orders to quickly resolve them.Management can make a major difference living in a building, I would much rather live in a bit of an older building and have great management than have a brand new building with a management that does not care. I’ve personally experienced horrible management in a building, and it heavily impacts your quality of life.I’m happy with my unit, it has been recently renovated before I moved in. Overall I am satisfied after extensively researching for a place to live.

The cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly, and the newly renovated suites are nicely done (apart from the very outdated in-unit heating/cooling systems). But the office staff are very deceitful. I moved my stuff out of my unit before my lease was up, but continued paying for it because I was told in no uncertain terms would I be allowed to break the lease early. Flash forward, and I find out that they’d moved someone in while I was still legally the tenant and still paying rent without any form of notice. They refuse to reimburse me for the full time they were double dipping on rent and still owe me over $2000. They have refused to pay based on false claims that they won’t back-up with proof, blocked me from accessing my tenant account (while I was still a tenant), and won’t answer any of my emails, or connect me with someone from QuadReal directly to take the issue beyond them. Unfortunately, it would cost more to take them to court than what they owe me, so I’m stuck. Don’t expect any sympathy from them if you find yourself in a situation where you need to break your lease or get a refund. They’ll delay and lie in every way they can and pretend like they’re doing you a favour in the process. Unless it falls under new management, I wouldn’t recommend this building, which is a shame, because the other tenants are great, the neighbourhood is very nice, and I actually enjoyed my time there as a tenant, but the aftercare has completely soured my experience.
