I wish I could keep this short and simple but , AND I NEVERRRR write bad reviews I just swear the place off my *go to list* and move on with life but not today...... If feeling uncomfortable was a place this establishment would be IT! As a first time customer as soon as I walked in it was obvious business , it's busy and on the go. Cool, but what wasn't cool is the lady who handled my nails . She kept trying to push a full set long nails bc she said the colour and design I wanted would only be flattering on long nails! And that hurt boo since I made it clear bf even arriving what I wanted or could have. I cant have long nails due to work She was also hella rough… my thumb near twisted off she was hella strong dayum. I politely complained n told her she was hurting me but naaah I felt like a bop it game . She pulled turned and flicked my fingers away and I just sat there n let her .ugh shocker I shud have been a karen- asour (rawr)but considering how busy it was I endured. I did not wanna be one of those people who complained and upset anyone but I left kinda sad and hurt that i wasn't clearly heard as it was my first it will be my last . Go there and hopefully you get a different result. If u read all this You amazing bye .

Great staff. Everyone is lovely. They take walk ins, but it's a busy place. They do the best nails!

My go to nail salon... absolutely love it. Super reliable and skilled technicians.Went before Toronto went back into lockdown and they were extremely careful and safe. Social distancing was in place as well as clear dividers between you and the technician.100% recommend.Super convenient location as well. Parking available in front of store as well as on Joicey BLVD.

Today was my 1st time at Avenue Nails and Spa. The girls were so friendly and professional. I got a manicure and pedicure and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I will definitely go back.I highly recommend this place.

This is the very best nail salon, hands down! Jenny is delightful, kind and accommodating. I had the pleasure of cellac French nails by Justin and he is incredible. I already made my appointment to return for a pedicure and manicure in the next few weeks.Thank you for such a wonderful job!

I have been getting my nails done here for a few months now and I am beyond pleased every single time I leave the salon. After just one appointment the staff started to recognize me and made me feel special and important. They are extremely professional, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming. The salon provides a very relaxing feeling when you walk in and they are concerned with making you happy. Kelsey is the individual technician that I go to and she always takes the time to perfect everything. She is extremely detail-oriented and will always match your nails to whatever picture or idea is shared. I have no bad things to say about this place and I recommend this place to everyone who asks me about my nails. Thank you guys for such a positive experience!!

This Place is such a gem. I almost don't want to gatekeep .... :-/ I walked in without an appointment early Saturday Morning and was able to get a nail tech to do a Shellac Mani and Regular Pedi. The Spa looks quite new and as such very clean, which I enjoyed (Especially Living in Post-Covid Times). The interiors are well decorated, the waiting area is especially warm & welcoming . They have a good variety of colours to choose from and the polishes weren't hard and stale - which I find is a common issue in nail shops recently. The Nail Tech did a good job with my french mani but I would have loved if she had more of an input on what colours would go well with my skin tone/or suggest to me what new styles are on trend (There was none of that lol). ALL in all I had a pleasant experience & I will be back, especially since the prices are super reasonable for the area!

Very skilled and kind. However, none of the tools or products used were clean. Single-use disposable files were dirty/used multiple times before from the looks of it. Unfortunate considering the end result is beautiful but I wouldn’t revisit out of fear of infection.

I’ve been going here for over a year consistently and definitely will be continuing. They are so accommodating to all needs, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Talented and knowledgeable nail techs
