New Westminster location buys 5 star reviews. Got my iPhone cracked screen replaced 6months ago and during pickup/pay they offered a 20% discount if I gave a 5 star google review then and there and showed them as proof. I agreed since they were quick, seemly quality, and the customer service was fine. Since the touch screen calibration was off an sometimes not responsive. I dropped and cracked my screen again and went to apple certified to get it replaced since I had the money. They had trouble because DPR used the wrong screws and f***ed it up. Worth paying more at a More reputable company. DPR Location and price is great if your low on $$ and in a pinch.

Great experience. Called about cracked camera glass on my Huawei mate 20 pro and they got the parts the following morning. Completed in 45mins when I came in the next day.Excellent customer service and very professional. Great price too!

This place is outstanding. Go out of your way, if you have to, to get your phone fixed here. You'll be glad you did.Most phone repair services are cheap, with poor customer service and rigid, inflexible, often ineffective ways of providing service. Discount phone repair in New West, on the other hand, is responsive, creative, their staff listen and they're willing to work outside the box to help give the client what they want. Prices are reasonable and staff are honourable and honest. As a trans woman, I also found that the place was a safe and welcoming space, and sadly, that's the first phone repair service that I've been to where this is the case. I liked it so much I wanted to tip but they wouldn't accept it. Truly legendary. THANKS GUYS!!

Seriously seriously AWESOME. My mic and speaker were busted and Paul (I believe his name was) got it working like new in just a few hours. Price was reasonable and WAY less than I expected. I hope I don't damage my phone again but if I do he's the guy I'll come to see.

Just getting back from here.Friendly staff and excellent service.Recently took my daughter's phone in to have the screen replaced. Unfortunately, the screen replacement still didn't fix the issue.Something else, is also not working The technician Jay was willing to take another look. He suggested I get back to him in a week to see if he can get it up and running.He didn't charge me for the screen. He told me he would stick to their quote if he got it working again too. I had called around before checking out Discount Phone Repair, and they had the best price. I'm impressed, and recommend them to anyone looking into getting their phone fixed.:thumbs up:

I had a battery replaced at this shop and it did absolutely nothing! They charged over 100 bucks and I don't think the staff have a clue what they are doing.At the same time my daughter had her screen replaced and it still is slight popped out. She went back as their is a warranty and they claim it cannot be fixed.Don't bother with this shop unless you are just looking to donate some cash.

Very knowledgeable about the business product. Received a friendly and professional customer service during my twice visit. I recommend this place if looking for a shop to fix their broken phone.

Daughters phone was cracked. Called and they talked us through a reasonable solution to fix an oldCell phone passed down to a 10 year old. Arranged to drop off the next day.The look on our daughters face was priceless! Phone looks brand new! Thank you! Would definitely recommend if you need good service and a reasonable price. After paying $85 for a better quality i Phone screen the screen cracks and chips from everyday usage as soon within a month. I walked in for a repair and They offered the same screen minus labour which I didn’t agree with since the quality is poor and I don’t want to be back in another couple of weeks. They then offer the original screen for $125 which was not previously even an option. Overall poor quality, poor customer service.
