Updated ** to reply to their reply.I never once stated I was hit, and I also never stated a speed I was passed. Fighting with a lost customer is real professional.I would not give this company any stars. Their customer service is very awful. I had a driver that speed up after a bridge just to ride my bumper half way up the hill and then try to weave between vehicles so that way they could be the first going up the hill and I called the company to tell them how it made me feel unsafe and the person that I dealt with blamed it all on me and said that I was a liar and then after the phone was hung up texted me more which felt like harassing. Regardless if they can max out at 110km, Who needs to be doing that speed to go up the hill? Why does that make that safe and OK if it wasn’t over there speed governor? The fact that it made me feel unsafe and call in is really awful to be told that I’m a liar.

I get all my business parcels shipped/delivered by RCT and I've been 100% happy with the service and the drivers. Management is great and the pricing is very reasonable. I would totally recommend using this courier service.

Wonderful service in all regards. From the initial phone call, they were patient with my odd request for a small delivery from Dawson Creek to GP. Price was excellent, speedy delivery with custom requests met, and communication throughout was above expectations. From hot shots to business deliveries, this company should be at the top of your list.
