I had a very positive shopping experience at The Brick after my old refrigerator died on me yesterday. Barbara L was very attentive and listened to my needs while helping me find a new fridge and stove. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She appeared very genuine in wanting to help and did all she could so that my new fridge gets delivered as fast as possible (within 4 days).I walked out of there very content and looking forward to getting my new appliances. Had a great experience with jag at Kitchener location. Jag was very helpful during my visit and gave good guidance. Purchase items recliner sofa, dinning table with 6 chairs, coffee table, side table with rug.Received side table with little scratch and some missing tools. Customer service agent Julia McMullen helped a lot. She was very helpful and resolved the issue on the same day and have schedule a replace in coming week. Thanks jag and Julia for your guidance and support.

Very good service by Brick Kitchener ! Got a serta mattress ,Good handling of customers by sales person Jag! Gave more insights on the mattress, took time to detail out everything . Allowed us to try everything that was suitable for us. His knowledge about the product was incredible and helped to choose the correct one. Finally gave discounts on the mattress protector and free delivery of the mattress.

Top notch service all around. This is the second experience I’ve had with the Brick and they were excellent again! Where to start, the sales staff were great! Helpful but not pushy at all. We bought an entire house of furniture plus dining room set. Mike D and his partner delivered all of our furniture and new dining room table and were awesome! Very professional, super friendly, polite and very nice gentleman. I highly highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!

Incredibly disgusting business practices that I though we left in 1990s. They seem to operate like a mafia, completely ignoring consumer rights. I bought a 5-piece dining set. All five items came defective. The chairs are crooked, one side higher than another. One of the chairs is so bad, it's highly visible, and it wobbles because the frame is bent and not all legs reach the floor. The table has extremely unsightly streaks on two sides running across, looking like dirt or tooling marks. They're not visible on the showroom model. The customer service representative" Kaitlyn Kitchen is extremely rude and arrogant. She refuses to accept a return

We had an excellent experience with Peter Burt! We were looking for bar stools. He was very knowledgeable & thorough with the different styles. The ones we decided on were a bit pricey & even though we missed the weekend tent sale he gave us the deal which was a few hundred dollars off. We were extremely happy with our purchase & would highly recommend Peter.

Had a great experience buying items at the Brick Kitchener location. Our sales associate Peter was so helpful and took us around the showroom showing us every sectional that would fit our living room. This was an easy buy!
