This is a response to the review James slamka left..I have sold a few pieces of gold here in the past and from my experience I believe the prices offered are just about the best being offered out there. And I never felt pressured. they weighed my stuff and made an offer which I accepted and I felt good about it.. Sure I could have sold it myself through eBay or another site and got more money but I didn't want to do the work and of coarse they need to make their money..I will return and sell them more gold or silver if I decide too

I came here for a few things, to sell, fix and clean jewelry. They were so patient with me the entire time. Taking the time to go through every detail with me and give me honest advice on what was necessary and not necessary for repairs. As well as advising on real vs. Fake gold/gems.It's always hard to trust places and here I felt a genuineness to service their clientele. I will 100% return! Super pleased and I recommend anybody looking around to just check them out and give them a shot!

I give this place zero stars. I went in today to find out if I could get my ring sized that was a mothers day gift from my children. The lady / owner was very rude and not helpful at all. She gave me a price for a ring at $250 dollars to be sized. I left the store in tears after being treated so poorly and proceeded to go to another jewelers where I was charged $80 for the ring sizing. I highly suggest you do not go here where they over price everything and are very disrespectful.

I first found Silver and Gold back in the Nomination bracelet days and have been nothing but satisfied with every interaction since. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several pieces sized/repaired and the work is impeccable and reasonably priced. My most recent sizing was a ring passed down from my mom that features my birthstone. I really wanted it in time for my birthday and as promised, it was complete in less than a week. I will continue to support this local, family run business and will always recommend them to friends and family.

I came to this store reading the many good reviews and now believe none of them. Neither should you. I sold gold to help a family member with their medical problems. Needed money fast and they applied pressure tactics for me to sell based on what they offered, not fair market value. What they gave me in cash I found out was considerably less then my gold was worth. You can say it’s my fault for getting played but no one should have fight for fairness. There is no room for this kind of treatment in fair business. Also it seems to me that the business spends far too much time debunking every negative review instead of making people happy. If you’re looking for the VIP experience go far far away from here.

Tony replaced the batteries on three of my watches and adjusted the band on my New watch I received on Father’s Day. Love to give my business to local shops, especially when they are good at their trade. Tony did a great job on site promptly and for a very fair price.I would recommend checking this store out before going to the mall.Thanks

I took my wedding band in for refurbishment as it had worn down and my engagement ring resized. I hadn't worn them together for 45 years. I am more than thrilled! I had forgotten how pretty they looked together. They look as good as they did 48 years ago. Best money I've spent and it was a lot less than I had expected! Brenda F.

We went in to the store today to sell some family jewellery and were greeted very friendly upon our arrival. The daughter looked after us to begin with, and then Tony took over. We were very pleased with Tony. We have dealt with other jewellers over the years and felt that Tony was very honest, forthcoming and patient with our indecisiveness of some of the pieces we were not sure if we wanted to sell. All that being said, I would give Tony five stars and I would definitely recommend him to anybody I know
