Came by the store this morning and had a very awesome guy help me out today. I was trying to return my device and although Bell's system was being uncooperative, he helped me pack up my item and explained how to drop it off with my local post office. Can't say I'm always pleased with Bell as a company, but I was very impressed with this employee, and am sure the stores staff are all equally as helpful. Thank you!

Had to replace my iPhone SE this week so stopped by the Bell Store at Oakville Place where I’ve gotten many of my previous phones over the years. Can’t say enough about the helpful service and assistance I received setting up and transferring everything to my new iPhone from Aarani who was absolutely great to deal with, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Aarani!

Wow! Sadig is one of the amazing person I had that chance to deal with in Bell!I have had a very bad experience with Bell direct sale and non of the agents helped us over phone. Sadig was patiently and politely helped us for almost 3 hours and even stayed longer than his working hours at night to make sure our problems were solved. Amazing and professional person that I’ve seen in Bell. This store is lucky that have him. Keep doing the great job Sadig.

I had gone to change my modem, the sales associate was supposed to take the old modem and take out the silver socket adaptor for the fiber optic cable and fix it to new modem so the fiber optic cable can be plugged in to the new modem .she did not do that and I am without internet, store is closed at 5 pm , it seems like the associate is not trained properly. I am very disappointed with Bell and online tech support no help on this , I am surprised company like Bell has such bad modem system for fiber optic modem.Very disappointed with Bell and team at this store .

I was running errands today which took me first to Mapleview Mall in Burlington then to Oakville Place.My wife suggests I visit Oakville Place's Bell store to see if they can assist me after hitting a stone wall at Bell's Mapleview's store.Fifteen minutes later my old phone is unlocked. Oakville Place Bell store employees were courteous, caring and knowledgable. Their professionalism is deserving of 5 STAR rating for their excellent customer service. This store has employees that care for Bell customers. While Mapleview's Bell store would not assist, blaming others for giving me wrong directions, Oakville's Bell store unlocked my phone without incident.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service I received. Farukh my Customer Service Rep. assisted me with the transition of my old phone to the new Bell one. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the store. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to others.
