L'acceuil est très agréable, l'orthésiste(Caroline)est très professionnelle. Elle donne beaucoup de détail sur la marche à suivre. C'est facile à comprendreJe suis retournée aujourd'hui pour un ajustement J'ai rencontré Daniel, tout aussi gentil, aimable et très professionnel. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Excellent service, les membre de l'équipe sont dévoués, efficaces et accueillants. Bon suivi.

J'ai vu récemment en orthopédie Dr Charles Turcotte. Un excellent service. Par contre, la personne à l'accueil a été brusque et malpolie avec moi. Sa façon d'accueillir les clients à leurs rendez-vous serait à revoir.

Really wonderful service, certain things are taken care of with emails (appointment confirmations, questionnaires regarding clients’ opinions etc), while the rest are either by phone (making appointments, confirming when orthotics are prepared etc), or in person (consult, fitting, trying-on orthotics with specialist). I am very impressed with EVO and for any future orthotics needs, if any; I’ll be returning.

EVO team is Five Star. I can say this with confidence as I am a retired nurse. Since day one of my accident three years ago, Lotfie, Daniel and the rest of the office staff were there to help get me out of a wheelchair, back standing using a full leg and foot custom made brace with two Canadian crutches, and taking my first steps. Then into a knee brace and drop foot orthotic and presently walking with the use of a below the knee leg for foot drop orthotic and cane. It has been a long and difficult road to recovery for me and I could not have asked for a better team of kind, knowledgeable professionals supporting, encouraging and working along side of me, to give me back an excellent quality of life even though now I have to live with a permanent disability.

I tore the meniscus on my already degenerated knee in Oct. The Orthopedic sent me to EVO to have a knee brace custom fitted. Madam Caroline LaPointe was so wonderful and professional with me. They called me after almost 2 weeks to tell me that my knee brace was ready. When I went to my appointment, Madam LaPointe showed me how to put it on and how to care for it. She also called me 3 weeks later to see how I was doing. I am extremely grateful to her and the EVO team for taking care of me and helping me walk again.

Très bonne expérience. Je suis allé faire faire des semelles orthopédiques.Le personne était très sympathique et professionnel. Les semelles ont été livrées en deux semaines et elles semblent correspondre à mes besoins. Merci :)
