Jennifer cleaned my house after we moved in. She willingly did several extra tasks and did a great job. She worked quickly but very thoroughly. I was extremely pleased and will definitely have her come again!

The only reason I did not check the on time box was because our originally scheduled cleaner was working elsewhere and had to continue. We were easily able to schedule another cleaner two days later, our option, and he was very much on time. My wife and I are both totally blind, so communication is very important. He talked with us, responded well to questions and requests and did a great job. We look forward to having him, or other Speedy people work for us in the future.

My son hired, what he thought was a professional cleaning company, to come DEEP clean my house as a Mother's day gift since I am injured. They were scheduled to come on Friday at noon, so I took afternoon off work. No call/No show. My son called at 12:45, they said on way. 2 hours later my son called again. They said sorry car had broken down. Rescheduled for Saturday at noon. Saturday at 12:45 a male kid showed up at my door dressed very unprofessionally in short shorts and Pride T-shirt (I don't care his orientation, but was not work appropriate). Did not introduce himself or speak besides to say I'm with Speedy Clean". Showed him around house and what wanted done

I’ve had several cleaning companies in my life (68 yrs) and this company was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced! I had paid for a deep clean and one man showed with 2 rags and a squirt bottle- no mops, bucket, vacuum,broom…. Nothing! The second person was very late and when I arrived home she hurried out of there! Absolutely nothing was cleaned and he was to leave and I said “ are you going to do the floors?” He also left without a word… DO NOT hire these people! You will regret it. Also do not give them your credit card as they keep using mine to take money! BE WARNED! Do your homework and get real references so you don’t end up scamed!,

It's bad business when you ask for services for cleaning scheduled between 9:00 am and 9:30 am and they never show up. I called and texted for an update. The person continued to say they are on the way stuck in traffic. This was 10:36 am no person arrived. I had another appointment scheduled at 12 noon. So I informed the lady I did not want services from a company like this, late and non responsive to updates on estimated time of arrival. Bad business and not good for this app or anyone else that plan on someone being on time. The credibility went down the drain when there was no apology or remorse from the representative. Horrible service - Do not waste your time on a company that doesn't care about you or your time. It's BAD Business!!!! I am also reporting to BBB because I was charged for services not received based on my decision to cancel because your cleaner hadn't arrived and was 1 hour 45 minutes late. This was not my fault!!!

Thieves and Crooks….The cleaner was exceptional but this company has shady business practices and when you agree to pay and to input your card info they are signing you up for a contract oppose to a decent honest business providing a contract and a separate transaction….Crooks

Horrible cleaning after giving them 3 chances each progressively got worse. Cancelled and they went ahead and withdrew as a cancelation fee. Will have to go to magistrate to sue.

Unfortunately, my experience with Speedy Cleans was awful. I can not express the disappointment that I have with your company. After a second chance, Speedy Cleans has still missed the mark. I'm so done and totally over it! I've never had such terrible Cleaners.Oven not cleanedFront door full of dust (on the inside of home)Downstairs kitchenette drawers are still dirtyStainless steel appliances look like they had been cleaned with a wet sponge.Vents should at least be dusted... even if it was with a broom.I feel totally robbed! This home was empty, and the job was NOT hard at all! I have photos of all that was still missed for the second time...a real shame. So no, I will not be looking for service from you in the future, nor will I recommend.

A terrible disappointment. Speedy sent out one lone person to clean our house. It took 45 minutes to do a small downstairs bathroom. Speedy doubled the price advertised when I called to question sending only one person to clean a 2-story home; which was the company's fault and not the worker. I would not advise using speedy clean which is the worst housekeeping service I have ever had.

Poor time management, poor quality for time taken, and very overpriced for service offered.After showing up 1 hour later than promised, I found the cleaner sitting in her car outside of my property, enjoying her lunch. I don’t have a problem with that part specifically, the part that I’m upset about is being charged for that time. I clocked when the cleaner started and stopped cleaning my property and despite reporting those times to the company, was still charged an additional half hour, which I can only assume covered the time she arrived outside my property but before ever coming in to clean.The total time spent cleaning was 2h15min but I was charged for 2h45min. I asked for two bathrooms to be cleaned, the first bathroom took the cleaner 1h45 minutes. However when I went to check on the quality, there were dirty rags left in my shower and the toilet surface was never even touched. I had to ask the cleaner to come back and re-do it, and saw that she just surface cleaned the toilet in less than 2 min. Somehow the second bathroom took the cleaner less than 20 minutes, even though the first mysteriously took 1h45min and was not even thorough. The second bathroom clean appeared to consist of a surface spot clean and a quick vacuum on a hard floor. This was not remotely the “deep clean” that was advertised on any front.I’ll also note that even for a deep clean, which this definitely was not, this service is exhorbitantly over priced. I had originally intended on having the cleaner deep clean my whole property but after seeing the quality of the work on the limited amount that was addressed, I cut the appointment short to avoid paying any further for an extremely poor service.I could go on but I’ll leave it here as fair warning.
