Saved me on one of the most traumatic days of my life!My 17 F150 was totalled after being hit head-on by a driver running a red.Gary is devoted, knowledgeable and compassionate when you need it the most.One thing for sure is that he commits himself to his line of work. Everyday he steps out the door with one of the most dangerous jobs but he loves what he does and he is truly gifted. Anyone can drive a truck but only a few are as honest and dedicated as he.

Gary was extremely professional quick and reliable! He helped me gather my belongs out of my car after the accident, took my car to my shop without problem or hesitation and helped keep my son calm while I was speaking with officers. I would highly recommend him for all services!

Gary helped me out on the 400 going northbound near Newmarket. He arrived quickly and helped me with my spare tire after I got a flat from some metal debris. He also offered to let me quick charge my phone in his truck as my charger wasn't working. I really appreciated how honest, transparent, courteous and professional he was. I will definitely call him again if I need assistance.

Gary arrived there fast and helped me a efficiently. I called multiple towing services, and he was the only one that answered. I only waited for 30 minutes and he help me out of the snow that I was stuck in, in 10 minutes. He was very reasonable with the pricing. I highly recommend this towing service.

On the way back from camping on the Civic Holiday long weekend, we hit an object that fell off the vehicle ahead of us on the highway. It was LATE... like 11pm late on the Sunday of the long weekend.We managed to get off at the next exit which was Jane and Langstaff which had tragically seen a shooting hours earlier that day. Neither of us are exactly car savvy and this was our first time with a flat tire... and no spare to speak of. With no idea who to call for help that would be available at that time of night, we took to Google.The reviews for Gary don't even do him justice!!!THIS is who you NEED to call for a tow. Despite noone on his team working that night, he came to our rescue in the time it took for him to leave his house and arrive at our location. We had no idea where to take the car either. Gary not only helped us figure out the insurance, but hooked us up with THE best mechanic who met us at the now almost 1am at the epic garage (get a tow, ask for Bob's garage CCRC Vaughan as your mechanic).Gary was hilarious, awesome, squeezed us and the dog in his truck and away we went to the garage to drop the car and pick up our rental. He stayed with us the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and we were on the road to home safe and sound.We don't know what we would have done without him. We've stayed in touch since then.Gary called us 2 weeks after to make sure everything was okay and our repairs were under way. We cannot recommend Gary enough (we've been telling all our friends about him) and think he is just the absolute best.You are definitely in safe hands with Gary!Estelle & Aedan.

Gary came around 3am to help me out of the ditch. I called my road-side assistant just after midnight. I got a call previously from a different tow company saying they won’t be here until 8am. So I was so happy to see his truck ready to pull me out. Gary is very friendly and was explaining things as he set things up. I would highly recommend this company for any tow issue.Thank you for getting up in the early mornings to help me out.
