Didnt go inside but the food is good. A little greasy but tasty. Its expensive for fast food but its worth the money.

The guy at the counter had tons of personality.... but the customer service was terrible.It took an extreme amount of time for the food to be prepared and the staff in the kitchen looked gross and dirty and were constantly wiping their hands to their faces and then touching food.The eggs had hard, black, tooth breaking fragments in it which I spat out. Just gross!Unacceptable!No gloves, no beard nets and just generally disgusting food handling practices.This place is gross!I do not recommend it....and they ask you to give it a 5 star Google review on a poster on the door?!Get real!

First time to order from A&W. Ordered a Mozza burger meal which seemed to take an eternity to prepare and serve despite me being the only customer in the drive thru. . Although service was very friendly and the meal was hot, I have to say it was absolutely tasteless and bland. Certainly not worth the wait nor the money. Won't be returning.

Drive thru July 6 2023 - young teens walking thru drive thru- employee locked out of a&w by co worker- waited 15 mins for order of rings and pop- onion rings were a dogs breakfast.Come on have some employees with standards .. I’m pretty easy going but this was to much !!

Went to enjoy dinner with my family here - the bill would have been just over $60, however I encountered the most disgusting customer service I have ever come across here and left without eating.When a customer asks why kitchen staff are not wearing gloves while handling all sorts of different things (buns, raw and cooked meat, plastic bags etc.) the supervisor in charge should not be rude to that customer, especially when there are food allergies/sensitivities present in the order.My father has a severe food allergy, and my partner is a vegetarian, meaning that they have the RIGHT to properly cooked and handled food (just like everyone else does...) but when asked about the handling of the food, the supervisor just said “oh well” and told us to get over it - completely ignoring the reasons as to why he was being asked to ensure that his staff were working properly and in accordance with health and safety standards.Maybe next time mohawk (the supervisor) and red head (the cook) will be more understanding that there are food allergies that could directly affect their customers, and that showing disrespect to said customers is not the way to act.

The food was good and the staff were friendly, but it took a while to prepare our food for fast food. It definitely gave the impression that they were understaffed, only running with one person on cash and one in the kitchen.
