I had a great experience with this firm. My lawyer Karen Powar was exceptional; she provided me with excellent guidance throughout my claim. She stayed in regular contact with me, and she always made sure I had a solid under of the processes and why certain steps were being taken or not taken.I am absolutely satisfied with the service I received from Karen and her team and I cannot recommend Karen and this firm enough.

I had a poor experience with them. I was recommended to one of their lawyers and I did not get a call back for 2 days at which point I gave his assistant some information. Then again I heard nothing for 2 days and I had to call back. I was told my file had been passed to another lawyer and would hear from him. Well, I had actually specifically asked for a certain person so that is unprofessional. At any rate, I explained my case to the new layer and he said he would call me back the next day with a price. At this point it has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them and I didn't even have a quote yet. And I never did hear back from them at all. I suppose I could phone them again but why would I chase such bad service? All I needed was a letter written.

I specifically gave them in writing what I was expecting, I asked the if they could take care of my needs for the long run. I told them I didn’t want to be swept aside. Or forgot to get back to me or “I am sorry he is no longer with the firm” I needed long term support. They were not able to accommodate me. They put together my family planning, they seemed to do an okay job with that, But completely dropped the ball on everything else. I felt like it was an in and out business. Get you in take your money on to the next number. I made several calls to my contact he made promises to get back to me. After the first guy that put together my will he left the firm. The second one had no clue and I told him this is exactly what I didn’t want to have to explain everything again. It was a bit of a joke. I now looking for a firm that cares.Now you will see some feeble attempt to apologize below here, typical, nobody wants an apology for something they paid for.I think someone needs to shake up the firm some of them have forgot they are playing with peoples lives and livelihoods.

Personal, friendly, responsive and impressive! That's what you can expect from Rory Morgan and his team. Their customer service was on point, and they went over and above my expectations with my personal injury claim. Having worked in the 'biz' myself, I can tell you Rory is the guy you want on your side - down to earth, trustworthy, and professional. I would easily hire him again. I highly recommend!

I never was able to actually retain their services due to a lack of professionalism and responsiveness - Michael Fillice and Rupam Rishi cancelled the first meeting I had with them (which had been made the day before) hours before the meeting without bothering to concretely schedule another time. I had to follow-up.During the meeting with articling student, Michael Fillice, the details of my case were incorrectly summarized and he was disorganized. I wrote an email to that effect suggesting a different price than the one they quoted.Rupam Rishi followed up 2 days later with an email suggesting a time and date that she could call me. I sent an email back, and she never responded. I asked that she email me instead in the interests of time and expediency. I haven't heard back.
