Kyle was super professional and communicated with me throughout the day. He made the appointment and was here in a timely manner and was a consumate professional the whole time. Gave a good timeline for mold remediation, explained the process, and was super friendly in answering questions. Would use this service and recommend to anyone looking for removal or repair.

Called them around 5pm on a Friday night for a basement flood and they were out to my house in full force by 6:30pm. Mind you I was out of state, that said, the communication and documentation sharing was quick and detailed. I felt my property was in good competent hands at all times. I didn't have insurance coverage for the loss and they worked with me in a professional and empathetic manner. Highly recommend Service Restoration!

This company is awesome for water extraction. They came out and handled everything very professionally and made my family feel at ease. Staff and owners were wonderful. They went above and beyond to get the job done, and we will be happy to use them again.

Kyle and Clinton did very good work and we're helpful in answering all my questions. After receiving my call at 8:30 p.m., and then completing another job, they came to my house at 12:30 a.m. and stayed till 4:00 a.m. to complete the first step of water removal and damage, to prevent further damage and the start of mold. I would highly recommend them and this company.

Jay and Tim worked to get 3 feet of water out of my basement promptly. They were very courteous, respectful and professional.They answered all of my questions to the best of their ability in their areas of expertise and gave suggestions on who to go to for answers to questions outside their ability to provide feedback, i.e billing, insurance coverage and plumbing inquiries. I would definitely recommend Jay and Tim to my family and friends for needs in this area of work to be done.
