I spent a great deal of time looking for engagement/wedding ring options for my future wife and myself. Every retail store I looked at just seemed to lack the overall quality of what I was looking for. Rings sometimes looked good, but were exceptionally light in weight and did not give me a feeling for quality. It's a big purchase, so not interested in something hollow! The guys at fire and ice are absolutely an exception in this marketplace. They are passionate about what they do, and do not skimp where it matters the most. Satisfying their customers with something truly beautiful. We ended up getting custom rings made, and the overall quality is just unparalleled to anything else I saw. Very happy with the work completed, they look amazing, and I know will last a long time.

They were fantastic. They advised on how to size a ring correctly, unlike other jewelers in Regina who advised incorrectly. Their pricing was exact and they finished my ring in the exact time they quoted. Their work is outstanding, especially considering the rings were messed up from other jewelers. Highly recommended!

Took a ring in to be resized and unfortunately it was sized wrong, mistakes happen. However, they quickly sized it to the correct measurements and only charged me for one correct sizing which was very professional of them. Overall, the service was great and even though there was a small issue with the sizing they handled it quickly and professionally.

Great place to go to get your watches and jewelry checked/fixed. Decent prices overall. The downside that is holding off the 1 star is that when your order is completed, they do not call you to let you know but when dropping the product off the person gives you a time-frame on when it will be completed.
