The sushi was terrible, worst I have ever had. When I phoned to let them know that they basically told me I was wrong and that they have never had anyone else complain. I took it back, they would not give me a refund instead offered me a 1 side of pork and a dish of plain rice. I rate them a 1 based on customer service and the sushi which is too bad because their spring rolls and pork dishes were awesome.

I always order the number 60 and it is always delicious! The spring rolls are my favorite as they are flavorful and crispy. Lemongrass pork skewer is well marinated and juicy! Dish size is fair for the price. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is a great balance of sweet and velvety with a dark coffee aftertaste. Their wonton soup is one of the bests I have ever tried! Light and flavorful broth and everything in the bowl cooked to perfection. They are very generous with their wontons. I ordered a large and was very full afterwards. Their bubble tea has the consistency of a slushy which is very refreshing and the rainbow jelly is super tasty.The customer service is great most days. There is only 1 day I went when one of the ladies seemed annoyed and short that I was there. The other lady was fantastic though so it didn't ruin the visit.Overall, great dining experience!

This family run restaurant is a hidden jewel in Prince Rupert. The food is excellent. It may have the best Vietnamese food any where. I come here regularly when I'm in in town. Everything I have tried is good especially their standard Vietnamese dishes. They have the best spring rolls and their sauces are sublime.

Everything was amazing about this place, though it had long wait times. My wife and I drained the Pho. Absolutely delicious. The sushi came in large quantities.Would definitely come back here again if I'm ever back in Prince Rupert.

I recently ordered Thai soup and salad rolls from Bamboo Chopsticks, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to my expectations. While the salad rolls were good, I found the Thai soup to have an extremely strong fishy sauce, which made it difficult to enjoy. When I called to ask about the sauce, the restaurant denied that it contained any fish sauce, which left me feeling unsatisfied with their response.I believe there is an opportunity for the restaurant to improve the quality of their food and customer service. First, the restaurant could ensure that their staff are trained to accurately describe the dishes and ingredients to customers. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a list of all the ingredients used in each dish on the menu, so customers can make informed choices about what they would like to order.Overall, I believe Bamboo Chopsticks has potential to be a great restaurant with a few improvements. I hope that the business takes these suggestions into consideration and continues to work towards providing high-quality food and excellent customer service to their customers.

Honestly wish I had tried this place sooner. I had the vegetarian salad rolls and lemon chicken on rice. This was delicious. The service was very good. It was very quiet atmosphere as no one else was in for lunch. Will definitely come again. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. Chicken was flavourful.
