Repairs aren’t properly done resulting in more problems with items purchased there. Manager does not care about the customer, poor experience every time I go and have to deal with the manager when one of the other ladies isn’t available.

Typically, I enjoy this location. Today, I can honestly say that I am very disappointed in the staff. There were two staff working, and yes, they were with customers. But, neither acknowledged that I was there. No greeting, no one moment please"

Station mall in Sault Ste Marie. Both customer representatives were amazing, helpful and friendly. I came in close to closing and they went above and beyond to not make me feel rushed. Wonderful experience with two terrific ladies!

The diamond store! Great knowledgeable staff. Large selection of diamonds and gem jewelry. Excellent service. Thank you Jason (Mgr) and Sue (certified). Always have shopped at People's Jewelers since 1977. They offer certified warranty on diamond purchases, with life time cleaning, trade-in, and repair service.You know you are getting a real diamond at People's Jewelers!

I bought a watch off Amazon a few years back and recently (like a year ago) the self winder broke so I bring it into the experts". The manual winder is broken and the watch doesn't tick. Apparently it's not broken though

A little pricey, so we went at Christmas time when the sale was on. They offer lifetime warranty on jewelry which we got. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend them.
