Bad service. Not friendly and the haircut was horrible. Not worth the price. Not coming back. There was a great employee before named Kaitlyn but since she left everything went downhill. Tommy Guns is way better with good service and great haircut. Might be a little bit more expensive but at least it is worth your money. Rather than pay $24 at Ultracuts but go home frustrated and unhappy because of their service.

Been trying to get a hair cut at this location multiple times now, I keep getting pushed away. Standard booked up and all that jazz. Today, I go in at 5:32pm, closes at 6. I was rejected again as they don't take anyone in after 530 as they need time to clean and cash out...so from what I understand is that their door is open till six but they actually close at 530. The manager should schedule someone to stay half hour after close to complete standard closing tasks.

Got my hair cut there today, the blonde Ukrainian woman was miserable towards me. She made comments on my hair being unwashed, when I was looking for a hair cut example, she was looking thru my hair for head lice. She didn’t give me the style I wanted. She ruined my hair and my confidence. I’ll never go back there.

Called yesterday to see if they had time for a cut and color and they didnt; however, they got me in today. They were fast, professional, friendly, and the building is clean! I had a bit of a scare and almost fainted while in the chair getting dye put on my hair and all of the staff was quick to help. They offered water and were very supportive and continued to check up on my well-being during the remainder of my appointment. Not only did my hair turn out better than I hoped, they went above and beyond during my appointment. Definitely recommend these amazing hairdressers!!!

Sarah was fantastic! She cut my hair - I have not had a great hair cut like this for a very long time. She was professional, pleasant and took her time to make sure it was right.The bonus is - price is defiantly right!!

Was in there today Friday the 29th was told I had a had a 20 to 30 minute wait which was fine. Almost 40 minutes later this young heavy set blonde is still standing around, gabbing away with customers and coworkers, moving with anything but urgency. Didn’t have any more time to wait because I had to get to work so I left.

They charged us for a service we did not know we were getting, then when we tried to complain about it they started yelling at us and threatened to call the police even though we had already paid. This was our first time with ultra-cuts. Terrible costumer service. They were very rude, yelled and did not act professionally.

They cut my daughters hair, they were polite but not the best with kids. It would be nice if they tried to make conversation or something to make the child feel good about the experience. The lady did a good job on the cut. The prices were fair.
