Great customer service. Super helpful and they explained everything down to smallest detail. They are all super pleasant and when I have questions about anything they have no problem answering the questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great staff and owner's

I have subscribed to Columbia Pool & Spa's hot tub weekly services since 2014. I've lived outside of Golden and been a local in that time. They have been consistent and professional throughout! Since Covid started the staff have been continued to be very respectful and knock/wear a mask and always take off snowy boots!Any time our tub has had an issue, such as a leak or circuit board problem they have been ultra helpful getting it fixed at a reasonable price. They even lent us a spare circuit board while waiting for a the part to be ordered. When it came to replacing my lid, they found a used one that was in perfect shape and got me a great deal on it!I have nothing but awesome things to say about this company and will continue to support them as long as I have a hot tub in Golden.

Awsome, stopped in for advice on maintaining my hot tub. Even though I am from Golden and did not buy my hot tub from them, they gave me all the advice I needed and were extremely helpful. Thank so much for help with the hard water problem!

Do NOT support this company. The owner treated me poorly (yelled at me) when I walked in the store to get some supplies for my hot tubPlease do not support a child who runs a company like this and treats others the way he does. Steve Steven are you talking about her husband the firefighter that literally cuts people out of auto wrecks on the transcanada, the same guy that saves people’s houses, lives and livelihoods and would do anything for anyone one in this community? He’s an awesome hot tub repairman and would help anyone and I find it hard to believe that there isn’t more to this story. First you said you’ve seen him yell at customers, then you said it was you, there’s more to this and sounds like one of those fishy, vendetta reviews.

Recently purchased a new tub with the help of Michelle and Leo. Just a great team and super friendly to deal with. Using the monthly service and so far it has been a breeze.

I consistently receive poor service at this store when purchasing my hot tub chemicals. I would prefer to support this local business, but I do not appreciate the way I am treated.
