Excellent services, it was an exchange and towards end of the day, still the staff was really very patient and helpful.I left my bracelet there, they called me back and waited there, even after their closing. Will definitely shop again there.

Spoke to Dylan (store associate) before heading down to the store; he was very helpful over the phone and also in the store when we got there ! There was a large selection of watches and also a ton of great deals. Dylan took his time to help us and was very knowledgeable and for that reason, I was able to pick up the perfect time pieces. Will definitely have to come back soon, thanks!

The assistant manager and associate Aran went above and beyond with their customer service to get me the watch I wanted for my fiancé for a wedding gift. They did everything possible in their hands and were able to get it for me on time! He loves his new watch I can’t thank you guys enough

I have had a Movado watch since 2005. I was not interested in buying a new one but when the bracelet failed I believed I had to. The staff at both the Halton Hills store and the US store were fabulous and went out of their way to find the correct part and fixed it while I was in the store. I am most impressed with the entire experience. BTW the watch looks the same today as it did when I got it.

Amazing.Az and her team are the absolute best. They were patient, knowledgeable and super friendly. Friendly enough that I went back and bought a 2nd watch. I was impressed with their customer service, and they were extremely helpful with contacting the Markham location to get me the extra links. I would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent service bought a watch for the wife and got extra holes punched in so my 1 year old could wear it as well. Tamara was very patient and helped me fond a good watch. Also Haroon was quite helpful! Would definitely come back here
