good place but sum staff need more education on products prices are great better then YALETOWN atleast know how to treat a customer that have a defected vape product thanks you guys need to get infused pre rolls but thanks always max out what i can buy here cause its the best price

This location has been nothing but disappointing. I have gone to this location over a dozen times to do an online pickup and EVERYTIME they never have my order prepared until I arrive and then they tell me items I had put on hold have now sold out. Yesterday, I put in an order at 1pm to be picked up at 7pm, which they had not prepared (as usual), and sold out over half of the items I had ordered! On top of this, the majority of the staff DONT KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND GENUINELY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT! The management at this location is so terrible I had to call their Yaletown location to help me fix multiple problems I have had with the Olympic Village location. The staff is obviously too busy smoking pot to be able to perform their actual jobs. I came to this location originally for their reduced prices but their service will have me switching back to a move expensive chain with better service. It's one thing to be high on the job and another to be so high you can't do your job.

Great staff and great selection but the display cases are so disorganized I couldn’t tell what most of the products were, half the pre rolls don’t have a card to describe them and the ones that do are useless because they don’t have prices, THC percentages, or weights, I ended up spending way more than anticipated because none of the joints had a price. I also wanted a specific large pack of pre rolls that I didn’t see out only to notice it behind the counter after I had already checked out.

Environment looks great. Two guys working were nice, one of the guys (white guy brown hair mid twenties goatie) suggested an incredible preroll sativa called General Admission Peach Ringz. You killed it with the suggestion, thanks.

Travel and friendship is depicted in the decor of the store. Apart from that its very clean and creatively decorated.Display of product is less then what they can make available so do ask them once if you don’t see anything on the floor.Every time i am at a marijuana store , my goal is to learn more about this plant and here I learnt two new words related to weed. ( check the pictures)Prices are more or less same as other stores. They have indica , Sativa and hybrid varieties plus edibles.

A white boy who looked 15 with long dark hair served me and straight up told me they dont have it without looking. Spent some time there after I showed him the brand online and he still said no. Had to show the one on display for him to even try. Wasnt even sorry and obviously racist. There are cheaper prices elsewhere…

Conveniently located at the corner of the street, this store has a wide range of products with knowledgeable staff. Quite economical as compared to some other stores, which makes it the go-to choice for many. A big shout-out to Karan and Chirayu for your excellent work. Keep it up, guys.
